Some backstory: I had a bustling, fenced, lit, golem-protected village for weeks and then suddenly everybody (villagers and golems and my horse!) just disappeared, so I'm throwing in the towel on slowly rebuilding everything and just using commands to get back to where I was. No it doesn't:Just keep on breeding more villagers, testing them to open up their valuable trades, and tossing the ones with crappy deals into lava. Illusioners have an 8. Even a fishing rod with that is. I admit I embraced the power of "and", and have bred my villagers until I have pretty much all the enchantments, except the ones I don't actually use. this should spawn a villager with the trade: 5 emeralds in -> unbreaking 3 book out.
